Design philosophy

Energy saving and better operation environment
Vacuum system is connected to vacuum pump, filter cloth is firmly attached onto filter disc, thereby vacuum suction filtration area on filter cloth is formed, motor drives ring-shaped filter cloth to move in, slurry is evenly distributed on filter cloth through material feed-in device, filtration liquid in the slurry is sucked into filter disc through filter cloth and multi-hole filter plate in sequence, and performs discharge through gas-liquid separator. Solid filter cake is stripped off by scraper at the end where filter cloth moves, filter cloth is washed by high-pressure water, and after being detected by deviation rectifier and possible position deviation being rectified, continues filtration operations. During material feed-in, filtration and filter cake washing, filter disc is connected to vacuum system, filter cloth and filter disc is absorbed together and are situated at static condition. During material unloading, filter disc is connected to atmosphere, filter cloth and filter disc are separated, and filter cloth moves forward independently. By such intermittent operations, techniques including filtration, filter cake washing, unloading, cleaning and deviation rectification are completed.

Systematic multiple work orders
Horizontal belt filter applied in the fields such as wet flue gas desulphurization and filtration of sodium bicarbonate comprises two types: DU belt vacuum filter and DJ indexing filter. DJ indexing filter has been widely used since 1980s. Filtang TBV is developed from DJ indexing filter, and compared to DU belt vacuum filter, parts such as heavy rubber belt, friction belt are withdrawn, and same as DU belt vacuum filter and DJ indexing filter, is able to fit into working conditions requiring high production capacity. TBV control system automatically configures the intermittent movement of filter cloth, and work processes including filtration, washing and drying are performed in circulation. Operation of the equipment is easy, equipment shut down and maintenance is scarce, and it is able to achieve 24h*365d continuous operations under the condition of little manual intervention.

Decrease maintenance
Simplify pneumatic control system, equipment operation is more reliable, and maintenance and operation are handy; structure of filter cloth bearing plate in fixed-disc filter chamber is modified, whereby movement of filter cloth is smooth, filter cloth's service life is extended; more suitable filter cloth of high-strength and low resistance coefficient is selected, so that production strength of the equipment is improved, filter cloth's service life is extended, and maintenance work is reduced. Certain improvements are made on tensioning structure of filter cloth, deviation rectification structure of filter cloth, filter cloth cleaning and control of washing water, thereby maintenance is more convenient.

Benefits

Flexible movement, agile functions

Filter cloth is supported by fixed vacuum disc, and mobile vacuum water seal surface does not exist. During filter cloth moving, vacuum disc releases vacuum, and therefore friction resistance between filter cloth and filter disc is little when filter cloth moves. As a result, driving motor's power is low, and energy consumption of the equipment drops. Low consumption of vacuum and high vacuum level lower energy consumption of the equipment and decrease water content of filter cake. Non-use of seal water and lubricating water lowers waste of water resource and maintains a good operation environment.

On June 24, 2019, a group of engineers who wish to prove that new filtration technology is better, faster and has more possibilities than traditional filtration technology created Filtang. Filtang carried out research and development work on horizontal vacuum filter, rotary table vacuum filter, dynamic filter and cartridge filter in models such as D1, and thus opened a new page of filtration technology in China. After 1980s, founder team of Filtang began research and development of a series of new filtration equipment in Nuclear Industry East China Machinery Plant, Kunshan Chemical Machinery Plant, Shanghai Chemical Machinery Plant, and Shanghai Feilong Filtration Machinery Co., Ltd. Therein, full automatic vertical filter press' performance is extraordinary, filter cake moisture rate is extremely low, and can be continually upgraded through intelligent re-engineering. Through many years' tests and verification, it overturns people's expectations on filter of 21st century. In the new journey, Filtang caters to subdivisions such as fine chemical engineering, new energy battery materials, crude oil and oil sludge treatment and sludge drying, will stress on the development of new filtration equipment such as dynamic ceramic membrane filter, tower filter press and back flushing pressing filter, and carry out research and development on technology for complete sets of equipment, leading upgrading and development of the industry.

Compared to traditional the strategy of less attention paid to research and development but emphasizing on production amongst Chinese enterprises, and foreign giants' strategy of stressing research and development and procurement, Filtang is persistent in the operation strategy led by innovation, and is dedicated to sustainable improvement of production environment and increase in capacity. Filtang's overall unit and the majority of parts are manufactured in the 20000 m² manufacturing plant in JWK, Hangzhou. By self-made parts, Filtang not only is able to complete delivery in a short period of time, but also is able to lower cost of equipment parts and improve controllability of product quality.

In order to forge the complete filtration system with sustainable development, Filtang designed intelligent filtration solution composited by MEMS sensor system, intelligent concentrator and Cloud full data system, whereby clients, architecture institutes and industrial filtration peers are able to monitor real-time state of operations, regulate capacity and energy consumption, and lower operating costs dramatically.

This is only a beginning. Simultaneous to manufacturing high-end filtration products, Filtang will continually produce products with affordable prices and easy to accept for more clients, in an attempt to realize industrial clean filtration and sustainable production eventually.
